The murderer in charge of an es-ort, is expected by tho Waikato tram this evening. He will be brought up this (Thursday) morning, and remanded. The principal witness is still living. Superintendent Thomson will be prepared for Winiatu’s trial at the Supreme Court, on 12th proximo.
