JrDuugah, T. E. R. Bloomfield, G. Bloomfield. The schooner Gisborne will leave for Auckland via the Coast, by tins afternoon’s tide. The Union Company’s new steamship W airarapa was launched at Glasgow last week. The s.s. Rusina is still weatherbound a: Tologa Bay. The wind is from the eastward, and there is a heavy s a on. She will not leave there till the weather abates, and, therefore, may not be expected here tiil the latter end of the week. The schooner Atlanta is at present engaged in discharging her cargo of timber. It is uncertain when she is likely to sail. On account of the rough state of the weather, the Rotorua could not discharge her cargo at Napier on Saturday last. The s.s. Oreti arrived in Auckland on Sunday afternoon last from Gisborne. She is expected to leave there to-morrow (Wednesday) afternoon, at 4 o’clock for this port. The Union Company’s Te Anau, Captain Carey, arrived in the Bay at 12.30 a.tn. on Monday last, with 50 tons of cargo, from Melbourne via Southern Ports. She left again the same day at 10 o’clock, for Auckland, with 4 horses, 15 head cattle, and 120 sheep, shipped by E. Cameron. • >n the voyage of the brig Robin Hood from Auckland to Sydney, a sea broke on board smashing the bulwarks, a piece of which struck Captain McDonald, making him insensible fur four days.
