NATIVE LAND COURT.

Yesterday at 10 a.m., the Court assembled for the hearing of various cases, the first to present itself was the Rahokapua Block. After much discussion the lists of names were handed in and agreed to. Two orders were made. One in favor of Eru Pohatu and five others, for N.E. corner of the block. One in favor of Otene Pomare and others for remainder of block. Toreohana Block. One order in favor of Wi Pere and 114 others ; the land to be inalienable except by lease. Okahu Block. Order in favor of Otene Pomare and three others. Waiherere Block. Two orders were made. Mabaetaiia No. 2, & other Blocks. To stand over until to-day ; lists to be then handed in.
