(from our own correspondents). London, May 2. Messrs Parnell, Dillon and O’Kelly, members of Parliament for Cork, Tipperary, and Roscommon respectively, have been released. May 4. It is announced that Lord Frederick Cavendish, Financial Secretary to the Treasury, has been appointed Chief Secretary for Ireland, vice W. E. Forster resigned. Michael Davitt, who has been in custody in Portland prison for some time, has now been released. Parnell and other Irish members have arrived in London, and reassumed parliamentary duties. Melbourne, May 4. Malting barley is from 4s 7d to 4s 9d, and shipping wheat'is quoted at 6s 6d per bushel but prices are irregular. New Zealand oats are quiet at 3s lOd to 4s for feed, at 4s Id to 4s 3d for milling.
