[From our own Correspondents]. London, April 14. Her Majesty the Queen lias arrived at Windsor Castle from Mentone, where she has been staying for the benefit of her health. Mr Sliiel, a I’arnellite, has been returned unopposed for Meath constituency. In February the election was declared void. St. Petersburg-, April 11. A rumour is current here to the effect that a mine which was intended to be exploded at the forth-coming coronation of the Czar, has been discovered under the Cathedral at Moscow. It is further stated that eighty arrests have been made in consequence of the discovery.
