Mr McKay’s store at Te Arai was totally destroyed by fire yesterday morning. There is nothing to shew how the fire originated. The property was insured to the amount of £1,300, viz., £5OO in the South British, and £BOO in the Victoria Company. Goods to a small value, say from £l5O to £2OO, were s red. The whole of the buildings were destroyed within an hour.
