Tuesday, March 7, 1882. [Before M. Phice, Esq., R.M.] Only one case was called—Union Bank v. Davis. Adjourned until Friday, 10th proximo. This was all the business. Wednesday, March 8. [Before R. Hill Fisher, Esq., J.P.] William John Walters was charged with being found illegally on the premises of Robert Hurrcy, of Palmerston Road, on Tuesday, March 7th. On the application of Sergeant Bullen the Court remanded the prisoner until Thursday. This was all the business.
