Leith and McGregor. It is considered a weak team. Auckland, January 9. In the Supreme Court to-day Michael O’Connor found found guilty of rape on a Maori woman, was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment. The indictment against W. G. Garrard for personation was quashed. The cases of burglary and sending threatening letters against Frederick Plummer are proceeding at. the District Court to-day. J. D. Wickham, of the Free Lance, obtained judgment against W.- L.
