Lottie Wilmot’s name figures in the bankruptcy notices. The immediate cause is the issue of a judgment summons on behalf of Mr Moon, who recovered £9 odd damages and costa for assault by her. The Papanui Townhall Company, of which he is secretary were, however, cast in £25 damages to Lottie, and she intends to revenge henelf by taking similar measures against them so soon Ms the 14 days ulowed by the Judge for payment expires. More fun is expected before the embroglio is settled.
