Money orders should be obtained and letters registered one hour before the time of closing anv mail. Note.—Ab Christmas and New Year’s Day fall on a Sunday, it has been decided to close all Post and Telegraph Offices on the following days, viz., the 26th December, and 2nd January, except from 9 to 10 a.m., and from 7:30 -to 8 pjn., instead of the usual Sunday hours.
