CABLEGRAMS.
[From our own Correspondents]. London, Dec. 12. Tel egram < from Afghanistan state that a dissention lias arisen among the adherents of Ameer Abdul Kaliman ; discontent chiefly manifesting itself amongst the Ducaoni tribes. Sydney, Dec. 13. The cricket match between the English Eleven and Eleven of N. S. Wales, was concluded to-day, resulting in a victory for the former by 68 runs ; the respective scores for each innings are—English 272, and 162 ; New South Wales 210, and 156 • of the last named total, Massie contributed 70 in the second innings. The bowling of the English team was dead on the wicket, and their batting was also very good. 917 persons supposed to be burnt. Vienna, Dec. 12. Tt is officially stated that 917 persona who were present, at the theatre on the night of the fire, are missing, and it is feared that the total loss of life amounts to that number. December 13. The funeral of the victims of the late fire was publicly performed to-day, and witnessed bv thousands.
