UPON hearing Mr. BRASSEY of Counsel for the Union Bank of Australia, Limited, and Mr. FINN of Counsel for Duncan Fraser, and upon the hearing of this Petition this day, and upon proof satisfactory to the Court of the debt of the Petitioner, and of the act or acts of Bankruptcy alleged to have been committed by the said Duncan Fraser having been given. It is ordered that the said Duncan Fraser be, and he is hereby adjudged Bankrupt, and it is further ordered that the First General Meeting of the Creditors of the said Duncan Fraser is hereby summoned to be held at the District Court House, Gisborne, on MONDAY the 14th day of November, 1881, at the hour of 2 o’clock in the afternoon, and that the Court has ordered the Bankrupt to attend thereat, for examination, from time to time, as provided by the said Acts.
