"IVTOTICE is hereby given that the following amended jßy-law—made by thi* Council on the 9th September, and confirmed at a subsequent meeting held on the 21st October, 1881, will come into force on MONDAY, the 14th November, 1881. By-law 4, Sec. 3. It ah all be lawful for the Council of the County, to License—upon payment of Ten Pounds—such Slaughter-houses, as they from time to time think proper, and every such License shall expire on the 31st December, in the year in which it is granted.
