Pitt & Bennett, at their Mart, on Saturday, October Bth, at 2 p.m. —1 double-furrow plough, 1 single-furrow plough, 1 set harness, 1 seed-sowing machine, 1 corn crusher. M. R. Miller, at the Criterion Hotel, Napier, on Tuesday, 25th October. —Korokipo and Moteo Estates, containing 6,250 acres, after which the stock on the property —16,000 sheep, 200 head of cattle, horses, &c. Meetings. Creditors in the estate of W. M. Phillips, on Thursday, Oct. 6th. The Directors in the Southern Cross Petroleum Company, on the 2nd and 4th Mondays in each month. • Amusements. Fine Art and Industrial Exhibition in aid of the funds of .the Public Library, on Monday, 10th October. Bazaar, Gift Auction, and Promenade Concert, in aid of the Presbyterian Church, at Makaraka Hall, on 9th November. A Bazaar in aid of the funds of the Roman Catholic Church, in McFarlane’s Hall, on December 26th, 27th, and 28th.
