South Pacific Petroleum Company.

Mr. C. D. Berry, local representative of the above Company in Gisborne, has received a cablegram from Sydney, advising that at the general meeting, held on the 16th instant, the following clauses were adopted : — 1. To authorise the Directors to appoint a Committee of Advice at Gisborne. Mr. Berry also reports thas the flow of oil in the small tubes at the 260 feet level is increasing rapidly, and that the rods are still in the rock.
