JJOURKE & jgMITH, Having been advised of a large entry of Cattle, which cannot arrive in time for Monday, the 19th inst., have deemed it advisable to postpone their usual Monthly Cattle Sale at Waerenga-a-hika until SEPTEMBER, At 12 o’clock, When they will dispose of the following : HEAD PRIME BEEF «VF 25 Good Heifers, 12 months to 3-year-old 25 Good Steers, 12 months to 3-year-old 50 Mixed Stores and Milking Cows Also, Various lots from local owners. 472
JJOURKE & jgMITH HAVING made arrangements for the use of the Sale Yards, intend establishing a MONTHLY SALE of Cattle, Horses, and Stock of all sorts, Farming Implements, Produce, &c., &c.—the THIRD MONDAY in every month at Waerenga-a-hika. The following is the order of dates on which the Sales will be held :— Waerenga-a-hika, Monday, 26th Sept. Waerenga-a-hika, Monday, 17th Oct. Waerenga-a-hika, Monday, 21st Nov. Waerenga-a-hika, Monday, 19th Dec. Commencing at 12 o’clock. Entries for sales are requested to be sent in as soon as convenient. N.B. —Liberal Cash advances will be made against Stock and Produce of any description entered for absolute sale at any of our monthly sales. For the convenience of sellers living at a distance inland, paddocking accommodation for stock close to the Sale Yards at the rate of 6d per week per head, can be provided by app'ieation to the Auctioneers. 1176 A Bazaar, Gift Auction, AND—CONCERT, Will be held in the MAKARAKA HALL, — ON — WEDNESDAY, 9th NOV.
