The Trustee, Mr. Woon, reported there was nothing to administer, there being no available assets. He did not know of any reason why the said debtor should not be discharged. Discharge granted. He William F. Crawford. Mr. Nolan appeared for the debtor, whose application was opposed by Mr. Brassey, instructed by Mr. G. Johnston. Subsequently Mr. Brassey announced that Mr. Johnston intended to withdraw the opposition. The discharge was granted. Probate. Mr. Nolan applied for letters of administration on behalf of Mr. W. H. Tucker, sole executor, appointed under Mr. Rogan’s will, which devises all the property of the deceased to Miss Rogan, of Edingburgh. The granting of the letters was postponed, pending the production of affidavit, as to the signatures of the attesting witnesses.
