RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COURT, GISBORNE.
Tuesday, May 31st, 1881. [Before M. Price, Esq., R.M.] Robinson v. Bloomfield. Claim of balance alleged due for wages. Mr. Ward appeared for the defence. Plaintiff failed to substantiate his claim, and judgment was entered for defendant with costs of Court. S. DeCosta v. Augustue Millar. Judgment summons for the recovery of a debt for board and lodging. Order made to pay 20s per month, the first instalment to be paid on Monday next the 6th June.
