Attempt to Blow up Windsor Castle.
London, February 21. A great sensation has been cheated and some alarm excifed'by what is believed to be a diabolical plan to blow up Windsor Castle. Trains of gunEowder leading to the Royal residence ave been discovered, and the feelings abroad on the subject, are aggravated by the knowledge of the fact that the Queen had just returned to the Castle. Extra precautions for th« protection of Her Majesty’s person and residence have been taken in consequence of the discovery that has been made. Parnell has made a tour through Ireland ; everywhere he has gofie he has met with an enthusiastic reception. He has addressed great crowds of people, and has been escorted in triumph from place to place, and welcomed with addresses from the populace, amid a profuse display of flags, with other marks of welcome, which had been made in his honor. He declared his readiness to go to prison for the sake of the oppressed Irish tenantry.
