The following blocks in the district of Poverty Bay are proclaimed as being waste lands of the Crown, under the Land Acts now in force in the ColonyArawhawhati, Waiapu, 3895 acres; ivorakonui, Waiapu, 725 acres; Te Roto, Waiapu, 1190 acres; Waihora No. 2, 8905 acres; Waimata North, 10,000 acres; Waimata East No. 1, 5000 acres; Waimata South No. 1, 4465 acres; Waimata West, 8520 acres ; Waikohu Matawai, 41,479 acres ; Motu, 63,392 acres ; Hangaroa Matawai No. 1, 3269 acres ; Whakaongaonga, 12,418 acres; Tauwharetoi, 50,389 acres ; Tuahu, 9250 acrea ; Waihau, 13,800 acres. In all about 240,000 acres
