* Tuesday, February 22nd, 1881. [Before M. Price, Esq., R.M.] COMBS & CO. V. WI TAKO. Claim, £6 155., goods sold and delivered. Judgment ex parte for plaintiff with costs. BOURKE & SMITH V. M. MULLOOLY. Mr. Nolan for plaintiff. Claim, £l6 17s 6(1. Defendant did not appear, but having paid only £l3 3s 6d into court, claiming a set off, judgment was given for the full amount, with costs. ALLANACH V. M'BRIDE. Claim, £1 7s sd, for bread sold. Judgment for plaintiff with costs. S. P. CRAIG V. HARRIS & FERGUSON. Mr. W. R. Robinson for plaintiff. Claim, 17s for subscription to the Poverty Bay Herald.. No appearance of defendant. The claim having been proved, judgment was recorded for plaintiff with costs. SAME V. H. HARRIS. Mr W. R. Robinson for plaintiff. This case was similar to the last, the defendant being a member of the previously mentioned firm. No appearanoo Judgment for plaintiff, with costs.
