TN or about the month of MARCH, 1881, the first of a series of sales of Town Rural and Suburban Lands situate in and around the town of Gisborne, will be held. The lands offered will be sold for Cash, and on deferred payments. At this sale a limited quantity of land will be offered, comprising all the above classes, and subdivided into blocks of convenient size, specially cut up with a view to offer the greatest advantages to intending settlers. The town lands will comprise about two hundred acres, commencing about one hundred yards from the Government Buildings, Mercantile Houses, and business places of Gisborne, and will be connected therewith by a traffic bridge, now about to be constructed. The suburban lands will comprise about 2000 acres of flat lands immediately adjacent to the western and northern boundaries of the township of Gisborne, divided into suitable allotments. Large areas of from 15,000 to 20,000 acres of rural lands will be offered in suitable sections. Lithographic plans and future particular will be available at an early date. W. L.
