McLean, Commissioner of Customs ; Whitaker, Attorney General,whowillresidein Auckland ; Hall will take as Colonial Secretary till tite bna of the session. The new Ministry are not popular. Mr Waterhouse, and Colonels Whitmore and Kenny in the Upper House, commented, unfavorably on the constitution of the new Government. The House adjourned till Monday next. It is understood that Dr Pollen, Major Richardson, and Mr G. McLean will retire at the end of the Session. The discussions in both Houses are very bitter.
