IT being intended to remit the local contributions towards the Fund for the Endowment of a Celtic Chair, in the University of Edinburgh, to PROFESSOR BLACKIE, about the beginning of the year, parties who have subscribed to that Fund are respectfully requested to PAY THEIR CONTRIBUTIONS to the General Treasurer, MR.
