A private letter from England states that the Hon. John Hall will return to New Zealand before the end of the present year. His health is still delicate, but has much improved of late. It is rumoured that his old supporters in the Heathcote district intend to nominate him for the representation of that constituency ift the General Assembly.--Exchange.
