The investigation of the Wai-o-hiharore (Waikanae) block was concluded yesterday and judgment defered until the Awapuni block, adjoining the Waikanae, has been considered. The Court adjourned yesterday for the purpose of allowing Judge Rogan an apportunity of personally inspecting the land in company with the claimants and counterclaimants, and so expedite the hearing, which will be resumed this morning.
