New Advertisements. FENCING NOTICE. To William C. Walsh or other the owner or occupier of suburban section No. 154, in the Township of Gisborne. TAKE notice that I, the undersigned, G. G. Mill, intend erecting a Dividing Fence between my section No. 155 and that abovementioned, in conformity with the Fencing Act of the Provincial Council of the Province of Auckland, Session IL, No. 5, and I hereby require you to assist in erecting your portion of said Dividing Fence within Thirty-one days from this date; otherwise I shall proceed to erect the same and call upon you for payment of One-Hale the cost thereof.
