From the Ban of Plenty Times, we learn that Mr. William Kelly, M.H.R., was a passenger by the Southern Cross from Auckland on Monday last. Mr. Kelly requests us to mention that he will take an early opportunity of addressing his constituents at Tauranga, Opotiki. and Poverty Bay, and giving an account of his stewardship during the late session of Parliament.
