TURANGA LIBRARY'. A TO THE BDITOB. Sib. —Upon my arrival here I was struck with the miserable out of the way place in which was stowed so many readable and instructive books. And I certainly think the Town ought to afford greater facilities to have the same in a more central situation I am told a piety of land has been alloted for that purpose, by the Provincial Government, if so why not make it available and make it more public? Now the winter evenings are coming on such an Institution ought to be prized and better supported. lam for one ready to pay my 10s. and avail myself of six months reading from such a well-selected Library ' -I am, <fcc., Newcomeb.
