At a meeting of the Directors held at the office of the Company, on Monday, 15th instant, the following resolutions were passed : — “ That the fee for registration of Transfers be two shillings and sixpence.” “ That tenders be called for sawing and delivering at the Oil Springs about 12,000 feet of timber ; specifications to be seen at the office of the Company.”
