Seaton v. Piripi.— Claim £4, value of a dog. No appearance of plaintiff. Judgment for amount with costs.
Dalziell v. Parnell. — Claim, £4 10s., value of sewing machine. This case was adjourned from last Thursday for the production of further evidence, but no additional light was thrown on the complication. The Bench considered the case should not have been brought into Court, and ordered that the machine bo returned to the plaintiff. Parnell v. Dalziell.— Claim, £l3, for a sewing machine, sold and delivered. This was also an adjourned ease, and arose out of the preceding one. The machine having been returned as imperfect, judgment was given for defendant. Parnell v. Renata. —-Debt, £35 Is. 6d. Judgmeut for amount, to be paid within a month.
