Suitable roads will be laid off, affording ready access to all the different Sections, and an Improvement Clause, which will protect tenants against every ordinary outlay, will be granted under each Lease. Leases will be for a term of twelve years from Ist January, 1874. Firewood can be readily procured within the distance of one mile from any of the sections. The Building and smaller Agricultural sections will be defined on the ground prior to the day of sale, and the larger sections surveyed and pegged off at once after the auction. Plans may be seen on application to John Drummond, E sq., C.E., at the Survey Office, Gisborne, who will afford all necessary information on the subject. The Subscriber is prepared to insert a Clause in each Lease making it incumbent on him, at the expiry of the first Leases, to extend the term for an additional 21 years, always subject to the final partition of the Whataupoko Block. When the Oil wealth of the district has been thoroughly developed, paddocking accommodation in dose proximity to the Town of Gisborne will become a necessity, and this fact, taken in conjunction with the proposed Bridge, Roads, &c., and the well-known quality of the land, renders further comment unnecessary. Parties can have the sections pointed out ky ?* 4 * a * to J. WYLLIE, (the.Loseor). Whataupoko, 17th, 1873.
