Thursday, September 4. [Before W. K. Nesbitt, Esq., R.M.] Parnell v. B-Bride.—Debt £1 Is 4d. Judgment for plaintiff. Horsfall v. Eperaima te Kura.—Debt 17s. Judgment for plaintiff. George Montgomery Vantreight and John Williams were sentenced to 48 hours' imprisonment for being drunk and incapable. Richard Byrne aged 10 years and Michael Maher aged 8 years were sentenced to be privately whipped for stealing fro n the Music Hull. C. Preece and W. Deleatnere were fined 40s. each for being drunk and using obscene language in the public streets.
