Rawiri Titirangi. — This was a prosecution for malicious injury to Dropbrty* I Fitted 20s ahd costs. < / 7 P Stott v. Burnand.—Assault. CdtnjSlAinant deposed that defendant caught his wife by the ithreafy, and; u hpr in tqftas, more forcible than polite, to pay him “ that ” pound. This was corroborated, by Mrs. Stott, but denied by detei/darit,' who was, nevertheless fined £2 and costs. -> BurnanD v. Stott.— Plaintiff charged defendants r wife with having struck and threatened a child named Bridger. Dismissed without costs.
