We have to remind in! ending purchasers that the Wes .mere estate will be sold on Saturday next We think this is hardly necessity, but at the same time the auctioneers have asked us to point out how they propose to conduct the sale, It is their intention to offer one section with the right of taking more at the same price as the one realises, the auctioneer mentioning at the time what sections can be bought. For instance, the purchaser of sections number 23 can take 24, 25, 27, and 28, and so on. The auctioneers have been asked to sellblocksprivately, but have persistently declined on the ground that it would not be fair to tho public
