. We learn from a home paper that Captain Drevar made another attempt to cross the Channel in his bicycle boat on October 23. A gale sprang.up, which carried him into the North Sea.. Thence he drifted with the tide to the neighbourhood of the North Foreland, where he was picked up by a German barque. He was in a very exhausted condition. Ilia boat was lost.'
