ALLEGED INFANTICIDE.

(per press association.) WELLINGTON, Dec. 15. A case of infanticide is reported this morning. A young girl named Kate Boylan, engaged as a domestic servant to a gentleman in Wellington, gave birth this morning to a full-grown female child, and subsequently the infant was discovered dead in an outhouse. The body was removed, awaiting an inquest. The mother of tho child will be taken to the hospital this afternoon. An axe, stained with blood, has been discovered.
