BLENHEIM, This Day. At the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Havelock, yesterday, Moses Fear, publican, William Bignold, barman, McNab, solicitor, and Dr McDonagh were charged with administering croton oil to an informant named Horton. The affair is said to have arisen out of a practical joke, but the Bench committed all four defendants for trial at the nest sittings of the Supreme Court.
