WEATHER REPORT.
[per press association.] WELLINGTON, This day. Weather forecast for 24 hours, from 9 a.ra. to-day : Wind—between northeast and northwest at all places north of Napier and New Plymouth, and between northeast and southeast at all other places. Barometer—falling within 12 hoars at all places north of Kaikonra and Hokitika, farther rise at all other places, but falling after 12 hours. Sea—heavy on western coast and between Napier and Lyttelton. Warnings for galea as above indicated have been sent to all" stations north of Kaikonra and Hokitika. Synopsis of last 24 hours—very little movement of the barometer has taken place at stations northward of East Cape and New Plymouth, bnt everywhere; else it has risen folly an inch. been strong southerly gales on the East Coast from Kaikonra southwards.
