Telegrams to hand from Pietermaritzburg state that in consequence of the, attitude of Cetewayo towards the British Resident in Zululand, and his expresssed determination to continue fighting, Sir H. E. Buliver,
Governor of Natal, has called upon him to surrender himself to the British authorities or a force of British troops will be despatched to arrest him.
