THE CHARGE OF CHILD MURDER AT HAWERA.
The hearing of this charge against Josephine Green was resumed at Hawcra yesterday. The Bench were of opinion that there was strong circumstantial evidence but not sufficient to warrant committal and the case was accordingly dismissed.
