■+- (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) NEW PLYMOUTH, This day. There was considerable excitement jester, over the Borough election, the Jockey Club versus the Blue Ribbon Army being the most active amongst the voters. The former put their men in, Mr Berry beating Captain Davidson by 23, and Mr Callaghan beating Mr Ward by 18, .
