The second class competition for the Company’s Gup, took place on Tuesday morning, Lieut, hatching being in charge of the squadThe weather was favourable. Conditions; 5 shots at each range,. Wimbledon target. Messrs Christie and Haywood’s medals were fixed for yesterday morning. This was the last competition but one, and as ; several of the men are very close, there is some excitement over the the final contest which will take place in about two months.
