The Government have granted permission for them to do so, but of course they do not “order” it on this occasion. We trust there will be a good muster on parade in the morning. SergtMajor Henry will attend from Wanganui. All.members of the Band, with the exception of the Bandmaster, Bandsmen Brown, Rhodes, Aitchison, Baxter, and the Bugler, are requested to wear their scarlet uniform, as only five are allowed, according to the Government regulations; but the whole of the members may parade with their instruments.
