Four more tenders have been received at the Crown Lands Office, Patea, for "sections in the Opunake district. .They are as follow :—B 13 Sec 4, J Connell, 2s ; B 14 Sec 21,- A Kelly, 2s 4£d • Sec 30, same tenderer, at same figure; Sec 36, A Schinkle, ; 2s. The upset price for the above was: 25,. with the exception of section 30, which was fixed at 2s 3d. The total amounted to 885 acres, and the prices realised were from £2 to £3 Is per acre.
