She has put in for setting up rigging and overhaul of machinery, and leaves to-morrow-at noon; Captain Slade intended to put in to'the Bay of Islands, but the weather was thick and squally, and 4 he came^omto Auckland.' He expects to make the " passage' from; here under forty days. The crew of 140 are under the medical charge, of Dr West, well known in the New Zealand trade, in the ship Hermione.
