Mails are despatched from Patea as follow : DAILY MAILS OUTWARD. For Waverley, Waitotara, Maxwelltown Kai Iwi, Wanganui, and South, twice daily; »ox closes at 1-30 p.m. and 7 p.m. For Kakaramea. Manutehi, Hawera, Normanby, Stratford, Inglewood, New 'Plymouth and North, at 11-15 a.m. Direct mails to Nelson and Wellington by every steamer. Letters must be marked per steamer.” ' Francis Long. " A supplementary mail via New Plymouth is made up two days after above dates of closing, in Patea.
