THE DIVORCE COURT.

DUNEDIN, Monday.
In the Divorce Court, to-day a decree for judicial separation was granted in Lawlor v, .Lawlor, on the application of the wife. The respondent had been convicted in-Auckland of bigamy. In the case of Fred, Godfrey y. Margaret Godfrey and Samuel Webbe, evidence of adultery was given. His Honor said that pa the marriage being proved, he would grant a decree nisi. In Ann McMinn v. Win McMinn His Honor made the discovery that a copy of the petition had not been filed with the Attorney-General. Mr Macgregor. lor the petitioner said he was not the solicitor in the case and asked permission to withdraw the petition. His Honor replied, “ Certainly ; petitioner has very good cause of action against her solicitor for negligence.” In none ol the cases were respondents represented;
