TEE LAST OF THE FRASER SCANDAL.
[PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CHRISTCHURCH, This day. The Rev. C. Fraser yesterday announced his intention to give up possession of St. Andrew’s Church, but said he did not intend, to retire from the Ministry, Wherever he decided to go he would, continue to devote himself to the interests of religion and education.
