There is every probability of Mr Archibald Forbes, the great War corres- : ponclcnt, delivering a lecture in Patea shortly, negotiations having been almost concluded between Mr Smythe, his agent, and the editor of this journal. We shall make a definite announcement on Friday, but we may almost say for certain that the public may anticipate an unnsually rich treat in hearing Mr Forbes’ best lecture.
